TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST - FANTASTIC FURNITURE ACCOUNT

About the Role: Join PeopleScout, the world’s largest RPO provider, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Fantastic Furniture account. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles, building talent pools and sourcing top candidates.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven talent acquisition experience.
  • Volume and retail recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with process optimization skills.
  • Interest in learning and development.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities.
