We're looking for a skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us and help scale our teams globally. In this role, you'll play a key part in building our workforce across multiple regions and functions, partnering closely with leaders to attract world-class talent and strengthen our employer brand. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on our Tel Aviv and EMEA offices, as well as other international locations. You'll work across various functions including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging data-driven insights and innovative recruitment tools to drive hiring excellence. What You'll Do Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process globally from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding Proactively source and engage top talent worldwide using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, referrals, and talent communities Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and design strategic hiring plans Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit Build and maintain global talent pipelines for current and future roles, with focus on targeting passive candidates Lead employer branding initiatives and manage our Employee Referral Program to attract high-quality talent Leverage AI-driven recruitment technologies to optimize sourcing efficiency and candidate matching Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and ensure hiring excellence Deliver an outstanding candidate experience with timely feedback and professional communication throughout all stages Requirements 3+ years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles within a tech environment (preferably in a startup or high-tech company) Experience recruiting for EMEA region Proven experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., Engineering, Data, Product) with strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other advanced sourcing tools Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and successfully engage passive candidates Strong strategic thinking with ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining quality Experience conducting English phone interviews a MUST; flawless verbal and written English skills (all communications in English) Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience is an advantage) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to partner effectively with senior leaders Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment data and metrics to drive decisions
