Responsibilities
Oversee global staff recruitment, maintaining effective communication with hiring managers and coordinating interview schedules.
Identify, interview, and recommend candidates based on recruitment needs, ensuring prompt replacement of departing staff.
Assist in the development and management of talent search channels to optimize resource usage.
Propose improvements to existing recruitment policies, processes, systems, and tools, and ensure effective implementation to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, visa management, and general HR administration.
Regularly analyze recruitment activities, prepare reports, and analyze data for insights.
Provide HR support and advice to employees and managers on various HR matters.
Assist in employee development initiatives and organize engagement events.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
