• Oversee global staff recruitment, maintaining effective communication with hiring managers and coordinating interview schedules.
• Identify, interview, and recommend candidates based on recruitment needs, ensuring prompt replacement of departing staff.
• Assist in the development and management of talent search channels to optimize resource usage.
