PPC Partners is adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our Northern operations throughout WI & MN. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent across various professional roles. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer * Build strong candidate pipelines within construction and skilled trades * Partner with hiring managers to align on needs, timelines, and hiring strategy * Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience * Use market insights and data to influence hiring decisions -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU BRING * 3-5 years of recruiting experience (construction, utility and/or related industry strongly preferred) * Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills * Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment * Confident communicator who can build trust with hiring leaders -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHY JOIN US * High-impact role supporting business growth in the Midwest * Strong partnership with HR and business leaders * Opportunity to shape how we attract and hire talent
