    We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding Talent Acquisition/HR team based between our Head Office in Alexandria and our Sydney CBD office!
    Reporting to the Group HR Manager and working as part of the HR team, your responsibilities will include strategising with key managers across your areas of responsibility to source the best talent in the industry. This will also involve managing our ATS system, coordinating and managing recruitment campaigns including advertising across various industry related platforms, pre-screening talent, scheduling and attending interviews, negotiating offers of employment and taking successful candidates through the onboarding process. There is also the opportunity to develop your skills in the delivery of HR wider support across your areas of responsibility.
    We are looking for a self-starter who can manage their own time and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment.
