Provident Estate are expanding our recruitment department and seeking a hard-working, KPI driven recruiter to join our recruitment team. This is an opportunity for a hungry and hunter mindset recruiter to join Dubais most consistently winning real estate company.

Position: Recruiter📍 Location: Dubai💼 Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Post vacancies across relevant platforms and attract qualified candidates
Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Work closely with HR manager to understand staffing needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Requirements:Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn is an advantage
