Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Achieve all SLA and KPI targets, including source mix, time to hire, and CSAT scores, ensuring 100% data integrity across all reporting and tracking in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Maintain strong hiring manager satisfaction through positive feedback and ensure recruitment services meet contractual obligations and client SLAs.
  • Act as a role model for data and digital process utilisation (including AMS where applicable), proactively managing accurate candidate status and requisition updates in all relevant systems.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share potential upsell opportunities, while ensuring strict compliance with relevant legislation and proactively tracking compliance risks.
  • Execute comprehensive candidate sourcing and attraction plans, proactively engaging talent from internal ATS/CRM and alumni pools.
  • Lead hiring strategy meetings to develop robust recruitment plans with hiring managers, leveraging data-led insights, historical trends, and market analysis.
  • Review CVs and conduct thorough, compliant candidate screenings, presenting quality shortlists and coaching hiring managers through selection and interviews.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to start date, drive critical hiring decisions, and expertly manage the offer process.
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by proactively pooling qualified candidates.
  • Proactively address stakeholder issues and share insights to enhance recruitment delivery.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client hiring managers, and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (Talent Sourcing, Insights, Talent Attraction, and Administration) to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience.

MUST HAVES

  • Industry Knowledge: Relevant industry knowledge in Financial Services or Professional Business Services in specific geographies or sectors.
  • Experience in hiring specialist roles within Financial / PBS Services such as Tax, Legal or Audit
  • Experience in using MS Office
  • Strong stakeholder engagement / management skills
