Recruiter Your Impact: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical roles across EMEA and AMER/LATAM regions Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent Enhance our employer brand and position RE Partners as an employer of choice Drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes and outcomes Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for various tech and consulting roles Collaborate with the Sourcing team to implement effective talent attraction strategies Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings Provide market insights on industry trends and competitive landscape Maintain accurate data in the ATS and deliver regular recruitment metrics reports Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for enhanced efficiency To Be Successful You Will Need: 4+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, preferably in tech services or consulting Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Exceptional professional English language proficiency both written and verbal Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter Deep understanding of labor markets in EMEA, North America, and LATAM regions Cultural competence and ability to adapt strategies to different regional contexts Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities Flexibility to work across different time zones Bonus Points: Advanced degree or relevant HR certifications Experience with innovative sourcing techniques or AI-driven recruitment tools Knowledge of multiple languages prevalent in EMEA or LATAM regions Join Our Global Team: We invite you to apply for the position at RE Partners.
