This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to shape culture, build teams, and influence the company from day one. Key Responsibilities: Define and establish company culture from the ground up Lead end-to-end recruitment of top talent, including core team hires and future growth roles Support and coach managers through onboarding, talent development, and performance processes Build foundational HR processes, frameworks, and infrastructure Ideal For: Someone with up to 5 years of experience who has built People/HR functions in startups and is eager to take full ownership and drive real change in a fast-paced environment. Must-Haves: Proven experience in sourcing and technical recruitment, especially for R&D and Analytics roles Experience working in startup environments, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings Ability to generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hebrew Full-time availability to work on-site at our Tel Aviv office Bonus: Previous experience in global recruitment across a variety of roles and regions An exciting chance to build the next generation of AI‑powered analytics in a rapidly expanding startup revolutionizing corporate real estate.
