Employ creative sourcing techniques, including social media outreach and networking, to find top talent. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring practices and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or recruitment role. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Experience with various sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn and other job boards. A solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
