Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring practices and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or recruitment role. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
