Job Opening: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST) Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, focusing on sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent. Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates and promote the ReWorks Solutions employer brand. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define job descriptions, and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly. Utilize various talent sourcing tools, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a robust candidate pipeline. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and progress within the applicant tracking system. Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to continuously improve hiring practices and candidate experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Experience using Teams/Indeed/Clickup Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and interview methodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to finding innovative solutions for talent acquisition challenges.
