Description
Overview: Revere Medical is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment and onboarding efforts. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and new hires, while also supporting long-term employee engagement and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, scheduling, and communicating with hiring managers and candidates. * Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and collaborate with hiring managers to implement tailored onboarding programs. * Build and nurture relationships with local colleges, universities, and community organizations to maintain a strong talent pipeline and foster community engagement. * Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures; recommend improvements and conduct periodic audits of Talent Acquisition programs. * Train and support new and junior members of the talent acquisition team; manage job boards and postings for accuracy. * Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high standards and minimizing time-to-hire. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. * Skills & Knowledge: * Proficiency with HRIS systems, databases, word processing, and spreadsheet tools. * Strong customer service orientation and commitment to a superior candidate experience. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities. * Proven ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities. * Experience in healthcare sourcing is highly desirable. * Experience in Workforce Now- ADP a plus  About Revere Medical: At Revere Medical we promise to provide care you can trust, outcomes you deserve, and a future you can count on.
