What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our People team, you’ll play a vital role in scaling Rydoo globally by finding and attracting the best talent. You’ll own the full recruitment cycle and act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers. Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions (Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.). Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and sourcing strategies. Screen candidates (CV review, phone/video interviews), coordinate interview processes, and manage feedback loops. Own the offer process: benchmarking, drafting offers, negotiation, and closing. Source proactively — build and nurture pipelines via LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, and job boards. Maintain and optimize our ATS (Workable) and recruitment workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting. Collaborate on employer branding, DE&I initiatives, and internal hiring campaigns. Track and analyze hiring metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness) and recommend improvements. Support a smooth onboarding handoff to ensure every new Rydooer starts strong. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environments. Proven success hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. Skilled at thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments and comfortable with ambiguity. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with candidates and hiring teams. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools (Workable preferred). Metric-driven and results-oriented mindset. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented. Based in Portugal (Lisbon), with the flexibility to be in our Lisbon office at least once a week.
