The Opportunity We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our people function and support the rapid growth of our studio and ventures. You’ll play a hands-on role in building our teams by sourcing and attracting top talent, driving recruitment processes end-to-end, and ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience throughout. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments, and is motivated by the challenge of helping shape the founding teams of tomorrow’s startups. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment for studio and venture roles, from job postings to offer stage. Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and draft compelling job descriptions. Actively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles (tech, product, growth, operations). Leverage ATS tools (e.g., Teamtailor, BambooHR) to manage processes and track KPIs. Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience. Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Sanabil’s position as an employer of choice. Gather feedback and continuously improve recruitment processes and playbooks. What You Bring 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (startup or venture environment preferred). Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches in parallel. Fluent in Arabic and English. Strong knowledge of the Saudi talent market; network in tech/startup ecosystems is a plus.
