TL;DR Role: Recruitment and sourcing for IT roles Employment type: Part-time (as agreed, approx. 2–4 days/week) Duration: Fixed-term (6 months), with possibility of extension Location: Helsinki or remote Start date: As agreed, as soon as possible About us Sevendos is a company specializing in digital consulting and services, formed by specialized boutique firms. We employ over 500 top experts in projects related to AI, cybersecurity, cloud services, software development, quality assurance, and maintenance, among others. We are a partner to leading companies in their respective industries in technology and business projects that require high-level expertise to succeed. We are growing faster than the market and currently have operations in Finland, Germany and Spain. Job description We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Sevendos Group to support our strong growth and accelerate the recruitment of IT professionals. Success in recruitment is very important for us and our growth and we take great care of quality in every aspect. This requires proactiveness, listening skills, attention to detail and a bit of a Sherlock Holmes–like mindset. This role is perfect for you if you are curious, bold, quick to learn, want to start your career in recruitment (or continue your career), and are particularly interested in the IT field. The environment we work in changes constantly and things move fast, and you love it. In this role, you will be responsible for the early stages of the recruitment process, such as sourcing, building longlists, contacting candidates, and supporting hiring managers in running smooth recruitment processes. Curiosity, prioritizing skills and the ability to learn quickly are essential. You are social, enjoy interaction and dare to actively reach out to new people, both in writing and by phone. You speak and write fluent Finnish and English as working languages. We hope you have a connection to the IT field, for example through studies, previous work experience or other interests. Previous experience in IT recruitment is not necessarily required, but it is definitely considered as an advantage, as is other experience in the IT field. LinkedIn as a tool should be familiar to you and you have explored new AI tools and are interested in learning more about utilizing them in your work. In everything we do, our aim is to work smarter, not harder. We are offering an opportunity to join an inspiring team of teams - a rapidly growing company with high ambitions and plenty of momentum. The work is flexible and the location can be Helsinki, remote, or a combination of these. However, it is important that you are able to every now and then visit our office located in the heart of Helsinki. The position is initially fixed-term (6 months), after which it is likely possible to continue in a permanent position. Salary is negotiable depending on your experience level, this role suits for both juniors as well as more experienced TA professionals looking for flexibility. Interested? Great! We look forward to hearing from you. Please submit your application and CV through our ATS as soon as possible, by latest Wednesday 28.1.2026. Link below.
