Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: On-site – Gulberg, Lahore Experience: 2-3 Years Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts across a variety of functions including sales, marketing, client advocacy, and tech. You'll play a key part in ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and supporting Software Finder’s rapid growth with top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer roll-out for assigned roles. Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and proactive headhunting. Conduct initial screening calls and HR rounds to evaluate candidate experience, skillset, and cultural alignment. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and set timelines. Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-ups. Maintain accurate recruitment data on internal trackers and systems. Assist in organizing recruitment drives and participating in university career fairs. Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Contribute to recruitment process improvements and employer branding initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-focused company. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools. Strong sourcing and screening skills with a proven track record of closing roles independently. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions at once. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
