MINIMUM EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll or other similar environment
Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Support: Handle new hire paperwork, manage relocation and travel reimbursements, and assist in coordinating background checks, drug screens, and reference verifications.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate applicant tracking and HR systems, ensuring all candidate data and documents are processed efficiently.
  • Coordination & Communication: Schedule interviews, handle invoice payments, and serve as a key point of contact for candidates, employees, and external customers.
  • Audit and Process Improvement: Regularly audit and improve internal processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every stage of the hiring process.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-tier support to both internal teams and external clients, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to align on talent strategies and improve overall service delivery.
