Job Description To provide input into the end-to-end Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy of the organisation by understanding the role that talent has in realising the organisation's long term goals. To leverage identified channels in the search for the most suitable talent. Qualifications Educational Requirements: First Degree in Human Resources, CIPD Level 3 or related Commercial qualification Experience Requirement: 5-7 years' demonstrated workplace experience within Talent Acquisition with evidence of contribution to the People and Culture practices. 5-7 years' experience in building and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs. Proven ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams to create end-to-end solutions that meet workforce and enterprise needs, solve challenges, and drive value for stakeholders.
