Job Overview
As Talent Acquisition Specialist at Strata, you will lead the full 360 recruitment cycle, acting as the internal recruitment expert and strategic partner for hiring managers. You will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and securing top talent while enhancing our employer brand and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment in an internal role – knowledge of the events industry would be advantageous
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter to attract and source candidates
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Brand and culture awareness
  • Commercial awareness and ability to analyse recruitment trends
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment
  • Understanding of HR processes and employment legislation
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools
