As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll join our Technical Talent function in Vietnam and take responsibility for scaling this Hub and delivering all of our Software Engineering hiring needs at pace. You’ll apply your specialist knowledge of technical roles and your deep recruitment expertise to find exceptional Software Engineering talent at all levels. You will also partner closely with our Engineering leaders across the business, advising on hiring strategies and ensuring the successful delivery of all their hiring needs. You will also play a critical role in identifying areas for operational improvement across our technical Talent function and working efficiently to implement solutions.
