Join Our HR Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Temporary Position at DRS RADA Technologies! Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, and follow up on feedback. Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist in developing and executing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience (agency experience may be considered). Strong understanding of technology roles and the tech industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
