Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the effective attraction and selection of qualified candidates while providing a positive experience throughout the entire process. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute the full recruitment cycle for high-volume positions, preferably in call centers or fast-paced hiring environments. * Conduct candidate phone screenings, preliminary interviews, pre-screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. * Maintain effective and professional communication with candidates and internal teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience. * Manage and update information in recruitment systems/ATS and office tools (Microsoft Office or similar). * Support the implementation of recruitment best practices and talent processes according to business needs. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bilingual (Spanish/English). * Dynamic, self-starter, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Previous experience in high-volume recruiting. * Knowledge and experience using office systems and ATS (preferably Workday or similar). * Availability to travel to different locations as needed. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
