Responsibilities
  • Plan recruitment needs in advance and carry out hiring to meet those needs, ensuring alignment with the workforce plan agreed upon with the Group HR Manager.
  • Conduct interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Trigon Hotels roles, from job posting to offer stage, ensuring a smooth, timely, and inclusive process.
  • Partner with managers to define hiring needs, write job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct employee induction sessions, ensuring all new team members receive a consistent and welcoming introduction to the company, its policies, and its culture.
  • Monitor training status of each new Team member/s before Induction &/or commencing employment and contact those with outstanding training prior to commencing.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies to source candidates for open roles, ensuring clear communication of job requirements and maintaining positive agency partnerships.
  • Support the onboarding process, including contract preparation, system setup, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Track, develop, and deliver reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and pipeline health, to ensure hiring goals are met and processes are continuously improved.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to position Trigon Hotels as an employer of choice by attending job fairs and liaising with schools, colleges, and professional organizations to build strong talent pipelines and promote career development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records and comply with all relevant employment legislation.
  • Conduct weekly “meet and greet” sessions with employees to welcome new team members and build strong internal connections.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end placement process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires, managers, and relevant departments
  • Maintain, order and carry-out monthly inventory of uniforms and other HR supplies
  • Enrolment of new Team Members to Workvivo
  • Serve as the first point of contact and support for employees residing in company-provided accommodation, addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally; manage the accommodation facility and maintain the waiting list for housing assignments.
