Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 2–4 years of talent acquisition experience.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; prior experience with BambooHR is a strong plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
