Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role serves as an operational partner to hiring managers and People Resources leadership, translating approved requisitions and workforce plans into effective sourcing, selection, and hiring outcomes.   Responsibilities   Talent Acquisition Execution & Full-Cycle Recruiting *  Execute full-cycle recruitment for approved requisitions, including sourcing, screening, Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipeline Development * Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, referrals, outreach platforms, community partnerships, and recruitment events. Hiring Manager Partnership & Interview Coordination * Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, interview expectations, and selection criteria within approved job architecture and hiring guidance. Recruitment Systems, Documentation & Data Integrity * Maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition, candidate, and hiring records within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Compliance, Equity & Quality Assurance * Ensure recruitment practices comply with EEO requirements, employment laws, and internal policies. Collaboration, Continuous Improvement & Organizational Support * Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify process improvements and workflow efficiencies. Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related human resources function. * Experience in healthcare, education, nonprofit, or other regulated environments preferred, Equivalent experience will be considered. * Clearances Required: Act 73 FBI, Act 34 Criminal Clearance, and Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance   Benefits Summary We're proud to offer generous benefits to our team members.
