Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Management team at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa. This is a temporary parental leave substitution between March 2025 to April 2026.
Vaisala is a global leader in measurement instruments and intelligence helping industries, nations, people, and the planet to thrive. From predicting hurricanes to optimizing renewable energy production, our technology is used where it matters the most – from data centers, windfarms and laboratories to airports, the Arctic and even the surface of Mars. Vaisala was recognized by Time Magazine in 2025 as among the world’s best companies for Sustainable Growth. Our team of over 2,300 experts and 59 nationalities around the world is committed to taking every measure for the planet. Driven by our shared purpose, curiosity, and pioneering spirit, we stay ahead and make a difference. At Vaisala, you don’t have to fit in to belong.

Responsibilities:

You will collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent and uphold high recruitment standards. You will independently manage recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers and assisting in specific phases of other recruitments, such as candidate screening or sourcing, to ensure seamless collaboration.
Your daily tasks include system support for hiring managers, recruitment marketing (e.g., drafting and publishing job ads), application screening, and implementing Vaisala’s evaluation framework. You’ll also participate in candidate evaluations and coordination with external recruitment partners.
