JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring the company’s workforce needs are met efficiently. The role requires strong industry knowledge, particularly in construction recruitment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in building contracting companies in UAE.
  • Bachelors in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and work in a fast-paced environment.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED1.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and recruitment agencies, using advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and behavioral competencies, coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluations, and ensure smooth interview scheduling.
  • Manage job postings, advertisements, and internal referral programs while building a strong candidate pipeline for frequently hired positions.
  • Negotiate salary packages, issue offer letters, and coordinate for onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, vendors, and potential candidates to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Handle walk-in interviews, career fairs, and other hiring initiatives as needed.
