Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Construction
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Post and advertise job openings across multiple platforms
  • Prepare job descriptions and screen applications
  • Conduct interviews and assessments aligned with role requirements
  • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
  • Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and visa processing
  • Liaise with PRO department for employment visa applications
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Represent the company in campus hiring and job fairs
  • Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for talent trends

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE construction sector
  • Experience with both white-collar and blue-collar staffing
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa procedures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
