We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Department.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for working with relevant stakeholders to ensure that we attract and hire the very best candidates.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role.
• Experience in recruitment with large volumes.
• Knowledge of various ATS’ (eArcu would be desirable).

• Managing our ATS, responsible for evaluating job adverts, offers and contracts.
• Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and execute a successful positive candidate attraction strategy.
• Being the first point of contact for Hiring Managers, monitoring the inbox to answer queries when needed.
• Following Home Office and Virgin Active policies in regards to Right to Work.
• Providing the latest recruitment insights on the candidate market.
• Delivering Recruitment training across Virgin Active, providing an engaging manner.
• Finding an effective recruitment process with a focus on decreasing time to hire.
