ABOUT THE POSITION As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Visante, you will play a key role in identifying and hiring top talent to support our mission of advancing pharmacy and healthcare excellence. You’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and extending offers—while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. This role requires a strategic and proactive approach to recruiting, ensuring seamless candidate experience and alignment with Visante’s culture and business goals. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements. Create, post, and manage job listings on internal and external platforms. Source candidates using a variety of search methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth candidate experience. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and prepare reports for management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the recruitment process. Support employer branding initiatives and help promote the company as an employer of choice. Requirements Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Preferred: Experience with hiring in the pharmacy industry Certification Required: Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS). Special Skills Proficient in applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools. Skilled in sourcing and talent pipeline development. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
