POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter and HR/Payroll assistant to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles within our organization. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of talent markets, and the ability to foster strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR role
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques is a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL):

  • Prior experience recruiting in manufacturing recruiting
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Prior experience in payroll processing

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Post job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, career sites, etc.)
  • Proactively source candidates using databases, networking, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on hiring metrics and pipeline status
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting
  • Backup to payroll and HR when needed
