Description

Recruitment

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for engineering, project and corporate positions.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, recruitment priorities and expected joining timelines.
  3. Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals and other recruitment channels.
  4. Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  5. Follow up on interview feedback, candidate selection, offer issuance and joining status.
  6. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on vacancy status and candidate pipelines.

HR Operations

  1. Support pre-joining and onboarding activities, including the collection and verification of required employee documents.
  2. Coordinate with the PRO team to track visa and work permit progress, update relevant records, and follow up on pending cases where required.
  3. Assist the HR Operations team with day-to-day operational activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 5–7 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with strong hands-on recruitment exposure.
  3. Previous experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Engineering or Construction is highly preferred.
  4. Hands-on experience in recruiting engineering and technical positions is highly preferred.
  5. UAE recruitment experience and familiarity with UAE employment visa and work permit processes are preferred.
  6. Strong sourcing, coordination, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
  8. Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.

  3. Maintain office records, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  4. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
  5. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  6. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.
  7. Monitor office inventory and procure stationery and other office requirements.
  8. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training programs.
  9. Maintain employee attendance records and support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks.
  10. Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash records as required.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  12. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Provide general administrative support to various departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
