Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Talent Pipeline Management: Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs, ensuring readiness for key roles. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs, design effective job descriptions, and set expectations around the hiring process. Interviewing and Selection: Conduct comprehensive phone screens, interviews, and technical assessments, ensuring that candidates meet the required qualifications and are aligned with the company culture. Employer Branding: Enhance employer brand by promoting it through recruitment events, job fairs, and online marketing, making an attractive destination for top-tier talent in the US. Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven adjustments to optimize recruitment outcomes.
