You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting including partnering with hiring managers to establish hiring requirements, sourcing, recruiting, closing and delivering exceptional candidate experience as well as the onboarding process and TA global projects / AI Toolings Job Description **Responsibilities:** Own full-cycle recruitment magic in Mexico—partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to build something awesome together. Hunt for top talent using OCC, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and your creative superpowers to build a pipeline that actually fills positions fast. Keep our ATS squeaky clean with accurate candidate records, screen like a pro, and coordinate interviews while leveraging our AI tools to spot the best talent. Team up with People Px and Ops to dream up fresh ways to streamline hiring, level up candidate experience, and attract rockstar talent. Champion DocPlanner's employer brand across the Mexican job market—make us the place everyone wants to work. Crunch the numbers that matter: generate recruitment metrics and analytics reports to track hiring performance, time-to-fill, daily activity, and other KPIs that drive real improvement. Work closely with hiring managers to sharpen job descriptions, nail down role requirements, and share market insights on talent availability and competitive compensation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Economic/Admin) 4+ years of experience working as an in-house recruiter with high volume in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with TA metrics / Devilering results with data 4+ years experience working within an ATS. Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Willing to work from our Mexico City office days per week.
