About the Role We’re hiring a Strategic Sourcer to strengthen the top of our recruiting funnel and support high-volume, multi-state healthcare hiring. This role focuses exclusively on proactive sourcing and pipeline development, allowing recruiters to stay focused on full-cycle hiring and candidate relationships. This is a great role for someone who loves research, outreach, and turning hard-to-fill markets into steady pipelines.
