Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Supervisor partners closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract top talent, enhance employer branding, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. The candidate will be responsible for support in leading and executing the full recruitment cycle across all functions ,levels and locations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and ensure positive candidate experience and stakeholders satisfaction. This role oversees recruitment operations, onboarding processes, and the preparation of recruitment analytics and reports to support business needs and workforce planning. Job Description (Key Responsibilities) Recruitment & Selection Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for white- and blue-collar roles. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, agencies, social media, and referrals. Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with workforce plans and approved budgets. Conduct competency-based interviews and support hiring managers in candidate evaluation. Build strong partnerships with department heads to understand staffing needs and deliver effective hiring solutions. Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies, SLAs, and labor law requirements. Oversee the issuance of employment offers and follow up with the HR operations team for contracts signature. Recruitment Operations & Reporting Prepare, analyze, and share recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, turnover trends, etc.). Ensure all recruitment data is accurately maintained in ATS/spreadsheets and HR systems. Provide regular recruitment dashboards and reports to HR Management and leadership. Onboarding Supervise onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the company. Coordinate with HR and relevant departments for induction programs, documentation, and system setup. Monitor probationary periods for hired candidates and follow up on probation period evaluations. . Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition for Agriculture and Manufacturing sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role. Proven track record in managing full recruitment cycles for both white- and blue-collar positions. Experience in onboarding and HR operations is essential. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices. Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful recruitment reports. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and people management abilities.
