  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a coordinating role;
  • Solid experience in recruitment and employer branding, in-house or agency background;
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies to attract top-talent within a fast pace environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and collaborating effectively across teams;
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
  • Proficiency in recruitment technologies and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment team in executing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation;
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR, marketing and communications teams, to ensure brand consistency and alignment;
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives;
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent across various specialties and domains;
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Deloitte, representing our values and culture at industry events and networking;
  • Leverage data analytics to assess recruitment metrics and refine strategies for continuous improvement;
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment practices, fostering an environment of equity and belonging.
