Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with minimum of 10 years' experience, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse functions. The role involves strategic workforce planning, stakeholder management, and driving recruitment excellence to attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities Strategic Recruitment Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies. Drive recruitment campaigns across multiple business units and geographies. End-to-End Talent Acquisition Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Oversee vendor/consultant relationships and ensure compliance with hiring policies. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and hiring managers to align recruitment with business goals. Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress, market trends, and talent availability. Employer Branding Enhance the organization’s visibility in the talent market through branding initiatives. Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking platforms. Process Excellence & Compliance Implement best practices in recruitment operations, ensuring audit readiness and policy adherence. Drive diversity and inclusion in hiring practices. Team Leadership Mentor and guide junior recruiters, building a high-performing TA team. Establish KPIs and monitor recruitment metrics for continuous improvement. Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in mid-to-large organizations. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media hiring strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to real estate, infrastructure, consulting, or professional services industries is an advantage.
