Lead the regions` recruiters, responsibility for E2E hiring process& activities. Establish sourcing activities for the region, employer brand, academic relationship, referral programs etc. Adherence to local laws, trends& market best practices. Oversee internal mobility opportunities in the region across BG. Will serve as the key point of contact for a Business Group. Will cascade and implement Orbia global policies and procedures and work close, supporting the Orbia TA head. You will be responsible of your own positions hiring E2E. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or Management or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 8 years and above proven experience with demonstrated success in leading Talent acquisition field or HR business partner who has Talent acquisition proven experience  Experience within a multinational or geographically dispersed organization- must Industrial experience and knowledge-must Deep understanding and experience in full-cycle recruiting processes, talent acquisition best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies-must Management experience, managing international teams while fostering a positive work environment-must Internal solid understanding of business operations and the specific business group's objectives and industry. Strong understanding of compliance requirements Excellent ability to build strong relationships and influence senior business leaders and cross-functional teams. Superior verbal and written communication skills Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Passionate about talent acquisition and its impact on business success. Excellent execution capabilities Culturally aware and sensitive Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders at various levels. Fluency in English.     /
