    We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our HR team. This is a dynamic in-house recruitment role that combines high-volume hiring activity with strategic talent planning.
    You’ll be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing unique candidates to scheduling interviews to interviewing candidates – all while playing a critical role in shaping workforce capability through skills gap analysis and planning.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in workforce planning and full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable workforce insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and workforce planning software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for recruitment.
  • A keen willingness to be part of the broader HR team.
  • Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields are advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Coordinate all recruitment logistics including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and database management.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent, including hard-to-find niche skillsets, using a variety of sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their team needs and provide tailored recruitment support.
  • Support the design and execution of workforce capability planning, including data-driven skills gap analysis for future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and candidate interview details within the ATS.
