Overview:
TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a proactive and organized Talent Acquisitions Coordinator with experience using iCIMS to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this critical role, you will help manage the candidate journey from initial application through onboarding, while ensuring seamless communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and can balance multiple priorities efficiently — especially in telecom, engineering services, IT staffing, or network infrastructure recruiting environments.
Additionally, this role will lead our Internship Program coordination efforts and will be integral in promoting and supporting our Veterans hiring program, working closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen candidate pipelines and outreach.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Background supporting technical, telecom, engineering, or high-volume recruiting
  • Familiarity with onboarding systems and background check platforms
  • Experience with internship program management or veteran hiring initiatives
  • Experience with recruitment marketing or social media branding initiatives
