McGloin Baker is an engineering, project management, environmental and business advisory consultancy supporting disaster recovery and resilience programs, transport and water infrastructure, and major civil projects across New South Wales and Queensland.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis and help us identify and engage the people who will support our continued growth.

About the Role

Working closely with our Operations Manager and Directors, you will take ownership of proactive candidate sourcing, talent pipeline development, initial screening and recruitment coordination. This is an internal role focused on finding and engaging great people for McGloin Baker. There are no agency sales or business development targets.

You will recruit primarily for civil engineering roles, including project managers, project engineers, site engineers and contract administrators. Many of these positions are specialist or regionally based, so success will require persistence, sound market research and confidence approaching passive candidates.
