Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary focus of the role is identifying great talent in the market, facilitating full cycle recruitement and ensuring a positive experience for all involved. This role requires a person that is comfortable with technology related topics, is highly organized and is also passionate about people. We are not an agency. This is an in-house role that is part of a global team supporting recruitment and staffing processes for Equus Software. This role will report to the Global Talent Director in the US.
Typical Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00am - 17:30pm (can flex schedule when supporting US roles or US leaders)
Typical Hybrid: In Lisbon office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (plus other days if on-site interviews are held)

WHAT YOU DO

  • Drive recruiting and pre-employment processes for multiple roles across the company.
  • Effectively utilize talent tools such as ATS software, local job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Perform sourcing using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job ads, social media, AI tools, associations, universities, clubs, networking, etc).
  • Partner with business leaders to understand needs and then develop job descriptions, job postings, question templates, interview scorecards, etc.
  • Perform screening to determine the best candidates to take forward out of the pool of applicants.
  • Facilitate technical assessment processes and communicate results to appropriate parties.
  • Coordinate interview processes ensuring candidates and interview teams are fully connected and supported.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure positive engagement throughout the process.
  • Perform reference checks, support pre-employment verifications and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
  • Create and maintain talent pipelines for common roles so potential candidates can be reached easily.
  • Participate in recruiting initiatives or events, such as college level recruitment.
  • Always look for ways to innovate and improve talent processes.
