About the Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join People & Culture department and lead our full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate brings a modern, AI-forward mindset to talent acquisition — leveraging intelligent tools and platforms to source smarter, move faster, and deliver a better candidate experience. Ultimately, you will build strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs while continuously improving our recruiting processes through data and technology. Responsibilities • Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify hiring needs • Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including AI-powered sourcing platforms • Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System • Leverage AI tools to automate and improve sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement workflows • Support employer branding initiatives • Organize and attend and recruitment events • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates • Manage third party relationships (agencies, vendors and other service providers) At least 4 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roles; preferred experience in banking or fintech domain Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting Demonstrated use of AI-powered hiring platforms and tools (e.g. LinkedIn Talent Insights, HireEZ, Fetcher, SeekOut, or similar) for sourcing and pipeline building Comfortable using AI features within ATS platforms (e.g. AI-assisted screening, auto-ranking, chatbot scheduling) and open to adopting new tools Experience using AI writing tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to craft compelling JDs, outreach messages, and candidate communications. Ability to interpret data and recruiting analytics to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making Good at relationship management with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders Experienced working with third parties (agencies, vendors and other service providers) Excellent English/Vietnamese verbal and written communication skills A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations Product and entrepreneurship mindset is a strong plus BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant fields Competitive salary that recognizes your talent and potential, including 13th salary Performance-based bonus, including stock-based incentives for high performers Generous 20 days of leave annually (including 3 days for medical, 1 for birthday and 1 for Christmas) Overseas travel opportunities for training and work Health insurance covering premium health care for you and your family Meal and parking allowances Flexibility to work from home or the office
