We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.
We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.
We are looking for a skilled Talent Administrator with prior HR experience to help deliver seamless support across the employee lifecycle. Focus on this role will primarily be onboarding, offboarding and internal role changes. This role will ensure our systems, processes, and people needs are managed with care, precision, and confidentiality.
Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.
What you’ll be doing

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding activities: welcome communications, desk requests, Dayforce setup, documentation, and file creation
  • Support internal role changes: update HRIS records and work with Payroll, IT, and department managers
  • Manage offboarding processes: terminate records, notify key departments, and support exit logistics
  • Maintain and audit employee records: ensure updates in Dayforce reflect changes in title, reporting structure, salary, and personal details
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required, e.g. travel support letters, survey requests
  • Support HR programs such as swag (e.g., 3-month milestone gifts)

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:

  • 1-3 years of HR administration or HR operations experience
  • Strong familiarity with HRIS platforms (Dayforce preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Professional communication skills and a strong sense of discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Compensation
Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.

As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.

  • $55,000 - $65,000 (CAD Annually)
