DIRECTORATE: Business, Growth & Community  CLASSIFICATION: Grade G SALARY: $89,734 to $104,092 pa + 12% employer contribution to superannuation   REPORTING TO: Change Program Lead EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary Full Time - up to 2 years THE POSITION: The Talent Advisor provides advisory support on strategic workforce planning, and the design, evaluation and classification of positions within our workforce structure.  This role also coordinates the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services, and partners with hiring managers to ensure roles are clearly defined, appropriately classified, and aligned with organisational structure and workforce needs.
