Maintain and update job descriptions for all roles within the organization.
Administer programs such as anniversary celebrations, employee inquiries, and manager notifications.

Responsibilities

The Talent and Culture Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting employees and leaders across key areas of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and reporting. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth employee experiences and enabling organizational success through thoughtful HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:In this exciting role, you will:Lead Recruitment and Onboarding Efforts:
Set up job opportunities in Workday.
Partner with hiring managers on recruitment activities, including applicant tracking, pre-screening, background checks, and offer letter preparation.
Serve as a resource for new employees to address onboarding-related inquiries.
Coordinate with internal departments to complete onboarding processes, such as IT setups, directory updates, Learning Portal access, and email distribution lists.
Develop and manage a preferred list of external recruiting agencies.
