KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous Recruitment/HR experience
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Excellent Microsoft Package skills, including Outlook, Excel.
  • Great listening skills
  • Ability to multitask within busy constantly changing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in talent development or recruitment, with a track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • CIPD 5 or Equivalent Certification in Human Resources is desirable.
  • Full UK Driving Licence {Essential}
Responsibilities

OUTLINE OF ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable professional to join our team based at Head Office, with flexibility to travel to multiple sites on an ad-hoc basis. In this role, you will be the primary contact for all day-to-day Group Recruitment selecting and onboarding top talent to meet the workforce needs for the organisation, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to meet organisational objectives.
