MEET THE TEAM
The Leadership Development and Succession team at SAP will spearhead the creation and implementation of an innovative Leadership Development Framework. We are seeking an experienced Assessment Expert to own and oversee the overall talent and leadership assessment strategy to support the identification, development, and selection of critical talent segments and leadership roles.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of assessment methodologies and best practices for leadership development, selection and hiring, and succession management. Preferred candidates will have experience utilizing advanced psychometrics and data analytics to design, implement, and evaluate innovative assessment tools for global programs to ensure outcomes are aligned with organizational goals.
