As a People & Talent Operations Coordinator based in our North Sydney HQ, you’ll support a seamless, inclusive and high‑quality experience for AirTrunkers across the Asia Pacific region. You’ll play a key role in enabling the employee lifecycle by being the ambassador for systems, data and documentation. Working closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition and People & Culture, you’ll help ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency as the business scales. What you’ll do Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including system access, background checks and documentation Support recruitment operations through job postings, interview scheduling, candidate correspondence and invoice processing Maintain people systems, records and access levels with a high level of accuracy Coordinate learning activities, manage training data and support the learning platform Assist with reporting, compliance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives Your work will help ensure every candidate and AirTrunker feels supported, informed and valued.
